Clicking on your own Adsense ads is totally not accepted by Google. Your will be banned from Adsense for good.
Better be safe than sorry right?
But, what if you accidently (?) clicked on them?
Sha from shamoneymaker.com have a some advise for this. He would recommend that you report that to Google and let Google know that it was all unintentional clicks.

1its been awhile since i visited here. just got settled back to my hometown. of course, i enjoy great informative post such as this. i always have that in mind what if i really do accidentally click on my own ads. thanks again for sharing this with us unselfishly!!

I think, though, now that AdSense has made only the title and link clickable, there will be lesser accidental clicks.

3That is the problem there if we click on it accidentally or one of the members of the family who has no knowledge about Adsense policies click on it because they like to read more on the subject.

8this is the first NO, NO of GoogleAdsense…
i actually developed an”adsense blindness”…
anyway, thanks for sharing this info, now at least it gives me an idea on what to do just in case.

10based on my observations, some people are reluctant to click on google ads coz they thought they have to pay for clicking the ads. but this thing happen in new internet users..
